Muse of the Day

Nature is impersonal, awe-inspiring, elegant, eternal. It’s geometrically perfect. It’s tiny and gigantic. You can travel far to be in a beautiful natural setting, or you can observe it in your backyard – or, in my case, in the trees lining New York City sidewalks, or in the clouds above skyscrapers.

  1. Ah, Gretchen Rubin…a woman after my own heart. And a reminder that we must make sure to express ourselves in our own voice, because nothing we think about will be original and there’s always somebody out there who “thought it better.” But no one else can filter it through our own unique heart/mind voice. Thanks for helping me remember that, EDS.
